PTE, or Pearson Test of English, is a computer-based English language proficiency test designed

The test comprises three main parts:
a) Speaking and Writing: This section assesses your ability to communicate ideas clearly
and coherently. Tasks include speaking into a microphone, summarizing written and

b) Reading: PTE's Reading component evaluates your comprehension skills by presenting a
variety of texts, such as multiple-choice questions, re-ordering paragraphs, and filling in
the blanks.
c) Listening: Testing your listening skills in real-life scenarios, this component includes
tasks like multiple-choice questions, summarizing spoken texts, and filling in the blanks
based on audio content.
